Wellnecity provides innovative IT services to the US Healthcare industry. We are hiring a Client Services Leader to join our Charlotte or Winston-Salem, NC office. This position is responsible for managing client interactions with a proven passion for building strong relationships. The Client Service Leader will engage with clients as well as internal and external stakeholders to address all client needs in a professional and timely manner. The ideal candidate for this role has a great teammate attitude and is proactive in building great results. This role requires a highly organized, dynamic, and responsive individual with strong customer focus and the desire to exceed clients’ expectations.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Partner with internal teams to communicate Client requirements and expectations
  • Oversee daily operations and monitor the effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand Wellnecity delivery systems
  • Conduct client meetings to present business reviews and share feedback with internal teams
  • Assist clients and internal teams with maintaining product compliance for regulations/requirements (e.g. HIPAA)
  • Ensure daily operational client processes and requirements are completed
  • Identify additional business opportunities and sales opportunities as related to client needs
Qualifications
  • BA/BS required – MBA (not required but preferred)
  • Previous experience in a Client Services role preferably with a Management Consulting firm
  • 5+ years of experience tracking leading edge technology within the Healthcare Industry
  • Demonstrated thought leadership to help build more efficient processes
  • Intellectual curiosity for learning and developing new skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Strong analytical mindset connecting client need with pipeline of decision making
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Skills, specifically Excel and Power Point
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Some travel may be required
